Full job description

NW Ranchlands Montessori Preschool, Kindergarten & Childcare Centre is looking for a passionate, creative & nurturing Education Assistant/teacher for our 3-4 yrs & 4-5yrs classes. .

We are an established family owned business of 45 years with 7 locations, allowing for future career advancement.

Join our team of educated & talented teachers. Full time 8 hour shift.

Positive and happy demeanour, after all how fun is it to work, play & teach children? Candidate will help develop their educational growth while creating a learning program, providing supervision, and encourage social interactions with other children within the centre. We also have an Alberta Education early intervention/special services program which offers additional supports to a few children. Our days will fly by and you will never be bored!

Open daily from 7 am to 5:30. Closed for all Stat Holidays, Christmas week & weekends.

Our many teachers are supported and encouraged to utilize their individual creativeness and strengths. Think of your class like your own business, freedom is given to create your own environment and program style. We strive to maintain a positive and welcoming environment for children, parents and our valued teachers. Many long term staff of 5-28 years...…..

Experience preferred with a Level 1,or2, or 3, but would train if motivated & passionate about children. ECE , Education Assistant or Bachelor of EDUCATION are welcomed....training is offered. Montessori training is also offered.

Pay negotiable upon education/experience. $18-$28
