Thinking Big is seeking an experienced CRM Business Analyst to join our team.

Requirements:

Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM Business Analyst(s) with:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with CRM systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred)
  • Experience gathering CRM requirements (contact, account, case, service request, work order)
  • Strong business or IT background
  • Agile-Iterative methodology experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Assets:

  • Experience with government,
  • BA certification,
  • Oracle Sales and Service Fusion Cloud CRM certification, and
  • Experience working in DevOps

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
