This job is so much more than driving between YYC and Banff. You will be the smiling face of Banff Airporter to our customers, welcoming them as they start their holidays, and bidding them farewell as they head home. Our happiest drivers are those that are passionate about the beautiful place in which we live, and want to share that passion with their passengers.

Days of work and hours are to be confirmed as we have a few full time driving options available, which we will be happy to discuss with you during your interview. Either way, days off will be mid week.

Times and hours of shift will vary week by week, guaranteed 32 or 40 hrs / week even if not working. Types of shifts will be driving the Scheduled Service or Private Charters in either Mercedes Sprinter Vans & 24 seater mini-coaches

While our hourly base wage is $20.62/hr, your actual earnings will range from $27-$40/hr with the various add on gratuities and bonus program offered.

  • *** Summer Bonus Program - $8 hour bonus for every hour driven on the Scheduled service, program ends October 9 2026****
  • Gratuity on Charter shifts - 75% of the gratuity goes directly to the driver.
  • While driving a shift on the Scheduled shuttle or a Rover, you will be paid $1.20 per person that you move on that run(s).
  • Cash tips in hand, range everyday from $10 - $80 / day.
  • Tip Brightly QR code on the bus. Guests send you money directly into your account. Banff Airporter does not see any of these transactions.

The Details

  • Our fleet is made up of custom made Mercedes Sprinters & 24 seater buses. They are all a pleasure to drive.
  • We will provide you with all of the relevant training. You will not be left to fend for yourself.
  • Our fleet is cleaned and fuelled by professional detailers.
  • Our fleet is maintained by professional mechanics in our in-house shop.
  • You will be provided with uniforms at no cost to you.
  • In order to drive, you need a class 4 license and you should be over the age of 25.
  • You must be able to handle 50+ pound bags repeatedly.
  • The job requires some basic computer skills.
  • Communication skills are a must. You need to have clear English speaking skills.
