This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on Site Superintendent who thrives in the field, leads from the front, and takes ownership of day-to-day construction execution. The role emphasizes visible leadership, crew engagement, and quality delivery across active job sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a daily on-site presence to oversee all construction activities
  • Lead crews through active participation, supervision, and coordination
  • Train, mentor, and develop junior workers and apprentices
  • Drive performance through example, accountability, and workmanship standards
  • Ensure adherence to site safety, schedule, and quality requirements
  • Manage 1–2 concurrent projects, with flexibility during peak periods
Project Environment

  • Focus on institutional and commercial construction and renovation (e.g., healthcare, education, public-sector facilities)
  • Success in this environment requires:
  • Strong professionalism and communication
  • High level of safety discipline and compliance
  • Ability to operate in occupied or sensitive environments
Work Schedule

  • Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (~44 hours/week)
  • Occasional weekend work required to meet deadlines when needed
