Who We Are Looking For:

We are currently seeking a Lead Technician in Disaster Restoration with a minimum of 3 years in the industry to join our Amazing Team!

Job Description:

  • Monday – Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
  • Water Extraction: CAT 1, CAT 2 & CAT 3.
  • Setting up and monitoring drying equipment.
  • Performing demolitions and construction duties. Examples: pull baseboards, remove carpet underlay, and apply antimicrobial.
  • Clean up debris, remove drywall, and removal of flooring that is damaged.
  • Setting up containment, decontaminating, and monitoring remediation equipment.
  • Work safe, record, and identify potentially unsafe working conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Must have IICRC Certification.
  • Must have WTR Certification.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license. Company vehicles are provided during work hours & after hours. Candidate must be able to come to the office on own.
  • Must be an excellent team player and be able to work unsupervised.
  • Must be able to moisture map and provide photo documentation per visit per job.
  • Able to be on an on-call after-hours emergency rotation, one week on call, and three-four weeks off.

Benefits

  • Bonuses for being on call ($200 per week), plus overtime if called out.
