Looking for an Exceptional Site Supervisor Leader
Not all construction companies are the same.
And the reality is, not all construction leaders are the same.
You get the guys that cheerlead and try to be best friends with everyone but don’t add any value.
You get the guys that scream and yell and abuse people into action because they don’t understand the work or the people they serve.
But that’s not you. You’re different. You’re not the same… just like us.
We’re not the “typical” construction company — and as such, we’re not looking for the typical construction leader.
We build 20–100 unit multifamily buildings in Muskoka and Southwestern Ontario, usually three projects at a time, with a small, high-performance, vertically integrated team using industry-standard tools like Procore and Smartsheets.
And we’re looking for someone ready to dominate, ready to leave their mark, and ready to be remembered as one of the best we’ve ever seen.
Who You Are
You’re a leader, not a boss.
Bosses protect themselves at the expense of their team.
Leaders protect their team through strategy, relentlessness, and genuine care — so the team can do their best work.
You’re not looking for “just a job” — something that pays the rent while you count the minutes until you can leave. You have real passion for this industry and the impact it has on the communities around it.
You want to be part of something bigger. To be valued as a community leader and trusted advisor — the reason our tenants love their homes, our investors feel confident, and our trades leave our sites motivated to come back for the next one.
You’re not someone who claims they’re “passionate” about construction just to get hired, then goes home and complains about it every day. You’re all in. Construction is part of who you are, and it’s taught you many of the lessons that built your character.
You live it. You believe it.
You’re not a white-glove office worker afraid to get involved in the real work — but you also know how to act like a professional who can be trusted with people’s hard-earned money and future security.
You’re not confined by your comfort zone. You’re relentless, gritty, and committed to clearing out the bullshit so teams can actually make progress.
You’re experienced but still humble enough to be coached.
You’re not a short-term flake. You want to master your craft and do things the right way, for a long time.
You have real multifamily experience — not guessing, not “hoping you can figure it out,” and not leaving a disaster for investors, trades, and property managers to clean up.
You bring strong trade relationships and know how to maintain them through the toughness of real construction projects.
And you understand that by building the good life for others, you build the good life for yourself.
The Work and the Responsibility
Our investors put their hard-earned money with us so they can look after their retirements, take care of their children, and grow impactful businesses.
Our tenants choose to live in our communities so they can have safe, comfortable spaces to call home — foundations that help them build families, careers, relationships, and neighborhoods.
Our trades take our jobs because they want people who look out for them and help them become better — faster, more efficient, and more profitable.
You understand the fundamentals of multifamily real estate:
- Quality = better client experience + reduced future capital expenditures
- Speed = reduced interest costs + better trade profitability + earlier rental income for investors
- Cost = smart strategies that achieve speed and quality through efficiency and waste reduction
Your outcomes will be the cost, quality, and speed of the projects you lead something you know how to make happen.
You bring these fundamentals to the table — and you maintain trade relationships that survive the real-world toughness of construction.
What We Offer for the Right Person
Compensation: $75,000–$200,000+
(We don’t cap potential, so we don’t cap earnings. Benefits included.)
We offer:
- Uncapped earning and development potential
- Weekly dedicated time to replenish your cup — exercise, family, gratitude, character
- Weekly “designing out the bullshit” sessions to improve systems and your work life
- Daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly goal setting and strategy time
- The ability to take lessons from one build into the next
(because we are the developer, capital raiser, builder, and property manager — not a new client every time)
Here, we are a team focused on building a better and better product each time.
You will see and participate in the entire business: Investment → development → construction → property management.
And yes — autonomy.
We aren’t micromanagers.
We want smart, organized people who bring smart strategies — not people who do tasks for the sake of doing them.
We don’t believe “I worked hard” is a valid substitute for I delivered.
We don’t believe in people who crave the identity of leadership but avoid the behaviors.
Leadership isn’t effort or excuses — it’s proactively managing timelines, raising risks early, and delivering outcomes.
Because your values match ours, we don’t need to micromanage you.
You get autonomy to run your life.
Our Simple Rules
No Surprises.
If something is going to be late or at risk, we need to know immediately — not after the time to fix it has passed.
No silent slipping. No magical thinking.
Ownership.
If something is in your lane, it’s yours.
Delegation does NOT mean abdication.
Failing Well.
Everyone fails. Some use it as a reason to quit.
Here, we use it as fuel to design out the bullshit and achieve things others think are impossible.
Timing and Next Steps
We want to hire in the next 2–3 months.
There will be lots of applications — but we know yours will be different.
We hire people of character, team players with high standards, and relentless grit.
You ready?
Hit us up… we’re waiting for you.
