Full job description

The Sign Pad is looking for a full-time Graphics, Signage & Vinyl Installer to join our team in Victoria, BC.

We work on a wide variety of projects including window graphics, wall graphics, commercial signage, fleet graphics, vehicle lettering, decals, and the occasional vehicle wrap. No two days are the same, and we're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing the job right.

If you have experience installing vinyl graphics or signage, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Install vinyl graphics on windows, walls, doors, floors, and other surfaces.
  • Install interior and exterior commercial signage.
  • Install fleet graphics, vehicle lettering, decals, and occasional vehicle wraps.
  • Perform site measurements and assist with installations.
  • Work with the production and project management team to make sure every job is completed to a high standard.
  • Help keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience installing vinyl graphics, signage, or vehicle graphics.
  • Vehicle wrap experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Good attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.

Hours

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Regular shop hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Some overtime or occasional evening/weekend work may be required.
