Senior Consultant, Digital Services
Job details
Full job description
KPMG Canada is redefining how practitioners deliver exceptional client experiences through premium digital products that elevate service delivery and unlock new growth opportunities. Our Go-to-Market (Digital Services) team partners closely with tax and advisory leaders across the country to identify gaps, shape opportunities, and bring high-impact solutions to clients.
As a Senior Consultant on the Go-to-Market team within Ignition Tax, you will help design, launch, and scale new technology-enabled offerings, working directly with external clients and internal practitioners to translate real-world workflows into repeatable, productized solutions. You will operate at the intersection of client service, product strategy, and delivery execution, driving outcomes that accelerate growth and positions KPMG as a market leader.
We are looking for a Senior Consultant who is in-service by default, someone who builds trust quickly, anticipates needs, and removes friction so others can deliver their best work. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and care deeply about outcomes in live client service environments. In this strategic role, your contributions will be high-impact and hands-on, enabling you to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies, lead the direction of new client products and interface with the business, clients and development teams.
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for SaaS products, including concept validation, positioning, pricing, packaging, and launch planning
- Work directly with external clients and internal practitioners to understand needs, validate pain points, translating these into scalable solutions
- Identify client experience gaps and workflow challenges and convert them into clear go-to-market opportunities
- Support sales and adoption cycles end-to-end- shaping opportunity narratives, enabling stakeholders, removing delivery obstacles, and ensuring measurable impact in client outcomes and usage
- Partner with product teams to develop new products, refine messaging, and provide practitioner-driven insights
- Contribute to national GTM strategy, enablement programs, insights, and other high-visibility initiatives that scale adoption across the country
- Manage discrete workstreams or initiatives with strong ownership- driving timelines, deliverables, quality and stakeholder alignment
- Equip partners, senior managers, and managers to confidently introduce our products into client conversations and drive sustained adoption
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-4 years in GTM, product development, consulting, sales enablement, or other growth-driven roles in a technology – driven environment
- Demonstrated experience shaping client-facing solutions and delivering value directly in client service environments
- Strong understanding of technology within a professional services environment, including product-led growth, enterprise sales motions
- A service-driven mindset: you make people’s lives easier and their outcomes better. You anticipate, you deliver, and you show up with care
- Experience driving adoption, supporting sales motions, or building momentum around new offerings
- Strong storytelling and clear, compelling communication - able to simplify complex ideas into crisp value propositions
- Proactivity and an entrepreneurial spirit: you take initiative, anticipate needs, prioritize key actions and advance workstreams independently
- Creative problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Tenacity and resilience - you stay committed to outcomes and push through roadblocks
