As a Content Writer, you will bring our story to life. You will create compelling content that educates, inspires, and engages our audience—from homeowners and developers to industry partners and investors. You will write website copy, blog posts, case studies, social media content, email campaigns, and more. Your words will help us communicate the value of prefab housing and position us as a leader in the industry.

We will provide you with creative freedom, editorial guidance, and the opportunity to shape the voice of a growing brand. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with our marketing team, researching industry trends, and optimizing content for SEO.

Job Details:

Looking for a CREATIVE and STRATEGIC Content Writer with a passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of digital marketing to join our team. There will be lots of opportunities to expand your portfolio and grow into a senior content or marketing role.

Ideal Candidate:

Be obsessed with words and can craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content for a variety of audiences. Must have excellent writing and editing skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and purposes. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating with a team.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Several years of professional content writing experience (portfolio required)
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience with SEO best practices and content management systems (WordPress, or similar)
• Ability to write for multiple platforms: web, social media, email, and print
• Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex topics into accessible language
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office
• A commitment to our company's Core Values (see below)
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Reside in or within commuting distance of Surrey, BC (for occasional in-person meetings)
