What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting on and managing commercial lending and real estate files from start to finish.
  • Working closely with lawyers in the commercial real estate and lending group.
  • Preparing and reviewing loan and security documentation.
  • Coordinating closings with clients, financial institutions, and third parties.
  • Maintaining organized files and ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Some experience in Residential Real Estate would be an asset.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program, certified with The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial lending and real estate.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
