Diligence Wealth Management, the top-performing office of Manulife Wealth in the country, managing over $14 billion in assets, is looking for highly motivated individuals who want to earn based on performance, and build a long-term career where the income isn't capped by a salary.

This role is focused on business development and client acquisition. You will play a key role in helping drive the growth of one of Canada's leading wealth management teams while developing the skills required to eventually transition into an advisory role.

This is not a typical sales job.

Top performers have the opportunity to advance into wealth management and begin building their own client relationships and advisory practice.

No previous wealth management experience is required.

What You'll Do

  • Actively prospect by phone and identify new business opportunities
  • Build strong trust and rapport within the first few minutes of every conversation
  • Qualify prospects and ensure a seamless handoff to our investment advisors
  • Manage your pipeline through our CRM and track key performance metrics
  • Consistently achieve, and exceed, your targets
