Job Summary

Arts & Leisure has been creating exceptional tailor-made journeys since 1993. With offices in Canada, the United States, and Europe, we specialize in designing bespoke travel experiences for discerning travellers and the travel advisors who trust us with their clients.

We are not looking for someone to simply book travel.

We are looking for an experienced travel professional who shares our passion for creating extraordinary journeys and who understands that exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine care are what distinguish a good itinerary from an unforgettable experience.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys designing complex, customized itineraries and takes pride in delivering a seamless experience from the initial concept through to the traveller's return home.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of Europe and luxury FIT travel.
  • Experience creating tailor-made itineraries rather than selling packaged vacations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong destination knowledge and the ability to think creatively.
  • A high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

What you'll be doing:

You will work closely with luxury travel advisors to design personalized itineraries that reflect each traveller's interests, pace, and style. Every itinerary is different, requiring creativity, destination expertise, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Why Arts & Leisure?

For more than 34 years, our reputation has been built on integrity, passion, and personalized service. We believe that luxury travel is about far more than hotels and sightseeing, it's about creating meaningful experiences that our clients will remember for a lifetime.

If you are looking for a position where your knowledge, creativity, and expertise will truly be valued, we would love to hear from you.

Qualified candidates are invited to submit their résumé together with a cover letter outlining their luxury travel experience and the destinations they specialize in.

Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.

Please note: This position is intended for experienced travel professionals. Applicants without a minimum of 5 years of luxury travel design experience will not be considered.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience.

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Dental care
  • Extended health care
  • On-site parking
  • Paid time off

Work Location: In person
