Full job description

Senior Graphic Designer (Hybrid)

About Us

Cizzle Brands is a publicly traded consumer packaged goods company building the next generation of better-for-you brands.

Our portfolio includes CWENCH Hydration, Spoken Nutrition, and the CWENCH Hydration Factory, our Tetra Prisma co-manufacturing facility.

We move fast, compete in crowded categories against giants, and win on brand, quality, and clean ingredients.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to own visual execution across our entire brand portfolio. This is not a single-lane design job — you’ll touch everything from the packaging on shelf to the deck in front of investors. You’ll report directly to the President & Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with sales, marketing, and innovation teams.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on variety, works at CPG speed, and takes pride in shipping work that lives in the real world — on shelves, in rinks, in inboxes, and in boardrooms.

What You’ll Do

· Packaging & product design: Lead packaging design across new SKUs, refreshes, and line extensions, including print-ready production files.

· Brand systems: Build, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines across the portfolio; ensure consistency across every touchpoint.

· Retail & trade marketing: Design point-of-sale displays, shelf materials, trade presentations, and sell sheets that help our sales team win.

· Sales materials: Create decks, one-pagers, and pitch materials for retail, distribution, and partnership conversations.

· Digital & e-commerce: Design website graphics, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns across our DTC stores.

· Social media: Produce scroll-stopping creative for organic and paid social across all brands.

· Investor & corporate materials: Elevate investor presentations, reports, and corporate communications for a public-company audience.

· Innovation & concepts: Bring new product ideas to life visually — mock-ups, concept decks, and packaging prototypes

What You Bring

·Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, Marketing or related field.

- 5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in CPG, food & beverage, or a fast-paced agency environment.

- A portfolio demonstrating strong packaging and print production work alongside digital design.

· Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.

· Deep understanding of print production, dielines, and working with printers and co-packers.

· Ability to work across multiple brands with distinct voices without losing consistency within each.

· Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling instincts.

· Self-directed and deadline-driven — comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a lean team.

· Motion design and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere) are a strong plus.

Why work for Cizzle Brands?

· Ownership: your work is visible everywhere the brands show up — no layers between you and the shelf.

· Direct access to executive leadership and real input on brand direction.

· A portfolio-spanning role that builds range most designers don’t get in one seat.

· Hybrid work model based out of our GTA office.

· Competitive salary and the opportunity to grow with a scaling public company

· Vacation

· Benefits (Health, Dental & Vision)

· Wellness Program

· Employee Assistance Program
