Dental Office Manager

Seeking a confident, experienced, and highly professional Dental Office Manager to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role

As Office Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice while helping support long-term growth and team success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting the administrative team
  • Optimizing scheduling and operational workflows
  • Supporting patient communication and treatment acceptance
  • Driving patient retention and new patient experience
  • Helping foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture
  • Partnering closely with doctors and leadership to support practice goals

This role is ideal for an experienced dental professional who brings both strong operational skills and emotional intelligence, and who takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient and team experience.

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
