The Opportunity:

We are looking for an exceptional individual to take on the role of Client Services Administrator (Receptionist) in our Swift Current office. This is a full-time position with operational hours of 8:30am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and directing calls as required
  • Greet clients and direct as required
  • Receipting payments
  • Conducting conflict searches
  • Opening and closing files
  • Receiving and distributing all incoming mail/send outgoing mail
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Professional demeanor including an ability to manage all incoming telephone inquiries, working well with colleagues, lawyers, external clients and outside providers
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional with a client-focused mindset
  • Energetic and positive, able to create a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues
  • Confident and poised in face-to-face and phone interactions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, terminology, and office systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and the ability to learn new systems easily

Compensation & Hours:

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. This is a regular full-time position with working hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, subject to change from time to time. We provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes company matching RRSP, medical, dental, prescription drug, life insurance, critical illness, long-term disability, vacation, and sick time benefits.
