We carry over 4 million square feet tiles inventory in stock. You are a solution finder who enjoys helping customers find the perfect flooring selections including tiles, hardwood, carpet, backsplash, carpet etc to satisfy their own particular needs. Using your superior interpersonal skills, you are able to successfully convert customer opportunities into results.

Your main responsibilities are to:

- Proper understanding & Indepth knowledge of construction industry including blueprint reading, designing common sense, product recommendations.

- Full understanding the entire flooring industry including tiles, hardwood, carpet, Laminate, vinyl

- Fully understand all aspects of installation & substrate preparations.

- Fully understand & have greatest knowledge of the flow of the products knowledge, base preparation in details.

- Understanding the entire details to sell all required accessories, setting materials, supply & install process.

- In depth knowledge of blueprint reading, site measurements.

- In depth detailed of entire construction industry as we are integrated into selling Kitchens, countertops etc.

- Should be able to go out in the field to meet customers on site for personal engagements.

- Practically understand all the knowledge of all proper terminology of the flooring & construction industry.

- Take a pride in the job, showroom appearance, cleanliness & organizing the store

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• flooring design recommendation : 1 year (required)
• inside & outside sales : 1 year (required)
• Blueprint reading: 1 year (required)
• Flooring Industry : 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Class 5 Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (preferred)
