SOMMAIRE DU POSTE
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Spécialiste de la saisie de commandes minutieux(se) pour soutenir un environnement de traitement de commandes à volume élevé. La personne retenue sera responsable de saisir avec précision les commandes des clients dans notre système ERP, de vérifier les prix et les renseignements sur les produits, de répondre aux demandes concernant les stocks et de veiller à l'exactitude des commandes, de leur réception jusqu'à leur traitement et leur expédition.
Quarts de travail offert pour ce poste :
- 8h30 à 17h00
- 11h30 à 20h00 (prime de soir offert)
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Traiter un volume élevé de commandes clients avec un haut niveau de précision.
- Saisir et maintenir les renseignements sur les commandes dans le système ERP.
- Surveiller et gérer les transactions EDI (échange de données informatisé), en veillant à la transmission réussie des commandes et en résolvant les exceptions ou les erreurs.
- Répondre aux demandes concernant la disponibilité des stocks et les renseignements sur les produits.
- Vérifier l'exactitude et l'intégralité des commandes, y compris les prix et les exigences d'expédition.
- Collaborer avec les équipes du Service à la clientèle, des Achats et de l'Entrepôt afin de résoudre les écarts ou problèmes liés aux commandes.
- Maintenir des dossiers détaillés et assurer l'intégrité des données.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Expérience préalable avec un système ERP (p. ex. SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, etc.).
- Expérience avec les transactions EDI, y compris le dépannage et la résolution de problèmes liés à l'EDI.
- Excellentes aptitudes en saisie de données et souci du détail.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique et à rythme soutenu.
- Expérience dans la gestion des demandes relatives aux stocks et des processus de gestion des commandes.
- Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et en communication.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel.
- Bilinguisme complet en français et en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to support a high-volume order processing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our ERP system, verifying pricing and product information, managing inventory inquiries, and ensuring order accuracy from receipt through fulfillment.
Shift currently offered for this position:
- 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (evening premium offered)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process a high volume of customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Enter and maintain order information within the ERP system.
- Monitor and manage EDI transactions, ensuring successful order transmission and resolving any exceptions or errors.
- Respond to inventory availability and product-related inquiries.
- Review orders for completeness, pricing, and shipping requirements.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to resolve order discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure data integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience using an ERP system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, etc.).
- Experience working with EDI transactions, including troubleshooting and resolving EDI-related issues.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling inventory inquiries and order management processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fully bilingual in English and French (verbal and written).
