About the Role

Firefly Solar is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our growing operations team. This position is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records across multiple systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update customer, employee, and project information into company databases and software systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review documents and records for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Generate reports and assist with data audits as required.
  • Support various departments with administrative and data-related tasks.
  • Ensure confidential information is handled securely and professionally.
  • Communicate with internal teams to obtain missing or updated information.

Qualifications

  • Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM or database software is considered an asset.

  • Monday to Friday
