Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk (Part-Time)
Position Details
Employment Type: Part-Time
Term: Temporary (with possibility of renewal after 6 months)
Office Hours: 09:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
Wage: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing documents, managing correspondence, and performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate databases, files, and records.
- Review documents and update missing or incomplete information.
- Prepare, type, edit, and proofread letters, memoranda, forms, and reports.
- Answer telephone calls, route calls appropriately, take messages, and provide information in accordance with company policies.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence.
- Order and maintain office supplies as required.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Assist with other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
- Office Administration, Office Management, or a related certificate/diploma preferred.
- Equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered.
Experience
- Previous administrative, clerical, data entry, or office experience is preferred.
- Minimum of two professional references required.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to learn new software and office systems quickly.
