Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Data Entry Clerk to join our transport company. This is a position ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Title: Office Administrator / Data Entry Clerk

Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20–$21 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
  • Handle general office administrative tasks
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination
  • Maintain organized filing systems
