Overview

We are seeking a dedicated detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast paced environment and have a passion for helping others. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy
  • Investigate customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions or alternatives
  • Perform data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
  • Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Process customer orders through internal systems
  • Support sales efforts by recognizing customer needs and organically suggesting relevant upgrades or new products
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
  • Experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
  • Familiarity with Sage systems or similar software is advantageous
