Customer Service Representative – Tier 3 (Full-Time)

Location: 10252 City Parkway, Surrey, BC V3T 4C2
Pay: $18.25/hour to start + daily commission & monthly bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-time
Start Date: Monday, July 20, 2026
Work Location: In-office

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will join a fast-growing team in a positive and supportive work environment. You will receive training to assist our U.S. customers through the approval process for online short-term loans, guiding them step-by-step with professionalism and attention to detail to help them move confidently toward approval. In addition, you will provide ongoing support to existing clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring they continue to have a positive experience with their current loans.

This role does not involve telemarketing, cold calling, direct sales, or solicitation. You will be assisting customers with their loan applications or supporting returning clients seeking additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finalize online loan applications
  • Collect, review, and verify customer information
  • Process transactions accurately
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Assess eligibility for financial products

Qualifications (Must Have)

  • Reliable attendance and ability to commute to the office
  • Clear, fluent, and professional English communication skills to support U.S. customers
  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or a sales-related role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfort using digital tools (smartphones, tablets, laptops)
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to commit to full-time hours and provide appropriate notice for absences

Shift Options (Choose One)

Monday–Friday

  • 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (free parking included)
  • 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

  • $18.25/hour starting wage
  • Daily commissions and bonuses
  • Average monthly commission: $900
  • Top performers earn $3,000+ per month

Attendance Requirement
