Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic INDUSTRIAL Customer Service Representative with minimum 5 years industrial sales experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Qualifications
