Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Fun and fast paced environment with lots of room for growth! The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. This role involves handling inquiries, processing data entry, and supporting sales efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The CSR position offers an opportunity to develop strong communication and analysis skills within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Accurately perform data entry tasks related to customer accounts and transactions
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance sales performance
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience
  • Support the sales team by providing insights based on customer feedback and analysis

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is advantageous
