About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual French & English) to support our growing operations in Barrie, Ontario. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and brings strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

You will work closely with external customers, internal sales teams, procurement, and branch operations across multiple locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company in a strong stage of growth where your contributions will directly support territory expansion and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and manage customer inquiries in both French and English
  • Prepare and process pricing quotations accurately and efficiently
  • Support procurement and order processing activities
  • Coordinate intercompany transactions and customer orders
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives and internal branch teams
  • Provide customer support regarding products, installations, and applications
  • Interpret basic piping drawings and understand installation requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and order details using Sage 300 and internal systems
  • Prioritize urgent requests and manage multiple deadlines in a high-paced environment
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, order desk, or industrial sales support
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident and proactive approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with technical products and learning industrial applications
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Sage 300 is considered an asset
  • Ability to read or understand basic piping drawings is an asset
  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability

Experience in or exposure to: Oil and Gas or Manufacturing, Industrial and asset.
