Full job description

Renew permits, authorities, CVOR, Custom Bonds, Insurance, RFID tags, and transponders.

Analyze accident and claims files on regular basis, Convey and Collect information from insurance company, drivers and claim adjusters and keep records.

Knowledge of the software's (Trans plus Fleet manager, E-logs, pre-pass, PC Miler etc.) used for hiring, managing data for trucks, trailers and drivers.

Monitor driver’s daily, monthly and yearly performance.

To establish work priorities to support office staff and to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed by the office staff members.

Using Microsoft tools i.e. Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word to prepare reports and documents.

Answers general phone and email and in person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner and solve the problems.

Schedule drivers meeting for training and retraining.

Manages the safety measures to be followed by trucks, trailers and Drivers. Schedule, confirms and maintain records for maintenance and repair work.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
