Our services cater to corporate clients relocating globally, and we are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Destination Relocation Specialist to join our team in Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities

As a Relocation Specialist, you will:

• Provide Personalized Support: Offer customized relocation assistance to clients, including area orientation, housing searches, school selection, and settling-in services.
• Deliver Virtual and In-Person Services: Conduct virtual briefings using tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and offer in-person support as needed.
• Cultural Integration: Help clients adapt to life in Canada by sharing local customs, cultural norms, and community insights.
• Leverage Technology for Efficiency: Use online tools and software for mapping, scheduling, and completing comprehensive client summaries to elevate client experience.
• Maintain Flexibility: Adapt to client schedules Monday through Sunday, including occasional evenings, to meet their relocation needs.
• Uphold Professionalism: Serve as a reliable and knowledgeable representative of Welcomehome Relocations, adhering to strict timelines and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Local Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Edmonton, including housing markets, schools, and amenities.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and an understanding of the challenges faced by global transferees.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and online software for creating client deliverables, managing schedules, and enhancing service delivery.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization and Reliability: Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while adhering to timelines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer-Focused Mindset: Passion for helping others, with a warm, approachable demeanor.
• Vehicle Requirement: Access to a reliable vehicle in good condition and a valid driver’s license.
