Overview

At Cradle Early Learning Centre, our purpose is to nurture future superstars through quality early learning and childcare opportunities. Join our vibrant team as an Early Childhood Educator Level I, II, III. Your passion for nurturing young minds will help shape the future. Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate, child-led activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
  • Support children with diverse needs, ensuring all children receive personalized care and attention
  • Maintain open communication with families about their child's progress and daily experiences
  • Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met through proper supervision and hygiene practices
  • Collaborate with team members to develop educational plans and share best practices
  • Document observations and developmental milestones to track each child's growth

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in Childcare Centre or Family Child Care Home settings
  • Ability to engage children through play-based learning and nurturing interactions
  • Experience working with children with diverse need is a plus
  • Strong classroom management skills to create a structured yet flexible environment
  • Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • ECE Level I, II, III Certification
  • Valid First AID/CPR-C
  • Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
