Position Overview:

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience rooted in authenticity and expert product knowledge
  • Support daily operations including sales, merchandising, inventory, and cleanliness
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products, heritage, and craftsmanship to educate and engage customers
  • Consistently demonstrate attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Work collaboratively with the team to exceed sales goals and uphold brand standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail or customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality, personalized experiences
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with diverse customers
  • Passion for Western lifestyle, fashion, or heritage brands, with a keen sense of style
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and receiving feedback for growth
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
  • Full availability for scheduled shifts and any mandatory training
