Qui nous sommes

Chez Cobetto Sallenave (CS) Construction, on est à la fois entrepreneur général et développeur immobilier. On fait de la gestion de construction et on développe nos propres projets.

On est une petite équipe jeune et motivée qui croit beaucoup à l’approche design-build : penser, concevoir et construire ensemble, pour livrer des projets clés en main de qualité.

Nos bureaux sont neufs et modernes, situés dans Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, et on travaille avec des outils technologiques récents pour gérer nos projets efficacement.

Le poste

On cherche un(e) chargé(e) de projets junior avec une formation en ingénierie pour nous aider à mener nos projets de construction et de développement immobilier.

Tes responsabilités :

  • Planifier et coordonner les projets du début à la fin sous la supervision du chargé de projet sénior
  • Travailler avec les clients, architectes, ingénieurs et sous-traitants
  • Suivre les budgets, les échéanciers et la qualité
  • Donner ton input technique à la conception et aux solutions de chantier
  • Améliorer et utiliser nos systèmes de gestion de projet

Ce qu’on recherche

  • Diplôme en génie civil, construction ou similaire
  • Expérience en gestion de projets (atout, mais pas essentiel)
  • Bon sens de l’organisation et autonomie
  • Capacité à bien communiquer et travailler en équipe
  • Intérêt pour le développement immobilier et l’approche design-build
