Job Overview
360 Construction Consultants is a trusted leader in commercial construction. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Foreman to join our growing team. Our reputation is built on a strong foundation of quality, workmanship, and innovation across a wide range of construction projects as we operate coast to coast.

We’re looking for a working foreman candidate with minimum 5+ years of experience overseeing a diverse range of commercial construction projects, demonstrating proven leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Direct & monitor commercial projects to ensure strict accordance with contract documents, company construction methods, and industry best practices
  • Ensure safety compliance on all worksites
  • Ensure completion of all daily reports
  • Responsible for enforcing all project quality-control policies
  • Read blueprints and complete/participate in developing construction plans and schedules prior to project start
  • Provide problem-solving solutions to design challenges, including conflicts, unidentified existing interferences, and errors/omissions
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues, trades, and representatives
  • Lead and support field teams to ensure successful project delivery and craftsmanship
