We are looking for a customer-focused Bakery Associate to provide excellent service, maintain the bakery area, and assist with stocking and merchandising baked goods. This role is important for ensuring product quality and a great shopping experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality and visual appearance of bakery items such as bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls
  • Ensure bakery department is fully stocked, signed, and priced accurately
  • Follow food safety, cold chain compliance, and sanitation procedures
  • Prepare bakery merchandise by following thawing and baking guidelines
  • Manage ordering, clearance, markdowns, and labeling procedures
  • Secure all bakery displays safely and properly

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and product quality
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment

Pay: From $18.40 per hour
