We are seeking a talented Director of Paid Social to lead our social media advertising initiatives. This pivotal role is based in Canada and involves developing and executing strategic paid social campaigns that align with our clients' goals and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Lead a team of social media specialists to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad content.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid social advertising.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and industry standards.
  • Report on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, e-commerce, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Facebook Advertising, Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Meta Ads experience? : 5 years (required)

Language:

  • Need excellent English skills and will complete our test? (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Have you managed $100k+/month in monthly Meta ad spend? (required)
  • Have you managed or mentored a paid social media team? (required)
