Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting them with their sales inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the counter.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively answer customer questions.
  • Assist customers with product selection, providing recommendations based on their needs.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience.
  • Keep the sales area organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers.

Qualifications

  • Plumbing experience is a positive for this position.
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
