The Opportunity

As a Quality Technician at Corma, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of innovative machinery used by customers around the world. Working alongside skilled engineers, machinists, and production teams, you'll help maintain the highest standards of quality from incoming materials through final assembly.

Responsibilities

  • Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of machined and assembled components.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, thread gauges, surface roughness testers, and CMM (asset).
  • Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation.
  • Identify and report non-conforming products.
  • Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions (CAPA).
  • Create and maintain inspection reports and NCR documentation.
  • Verify supplier parts against drawings and purchase specifications.
  • Support production by providing timely inspection results.
  • Participate in first article inspections (FAI) and new product launches.
  • Assist with calibration of measuring equipment.
  • Maintain inspection records in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand GD&T.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
