We’re an ambitious, values-driven EOS operating company building something exceptional. Our Visionary and Integrator are looking for a true RightFit Executive Assistant who thrives behind the scenes, protects leadership time, brings order to complexity, and helps drive results across the business. This is a high-impact, in-office role at our head office in Spruce Grove, Alberta, where you’ll work closely with leadership to keep everything running smoothly and proactively.

1. Instincts: The Natural Way You Work

A RightFit for this role naturally operates in the Visionary Integrator EA profile:

• Fact Finder (Moderate – 5-7): You collect data, require specificity, establish priorities, compare pros/cons, document decisions, and gather/evaluate complex information.
• Follow Thru (Strong – 7-9): You systematize processes, bring order out of chaos, organize information and materials, work sequentially, provide structure, bring closure to projects, and chart progress.
• Quick Start (Moderate – 3-5): You accommodate risks, navigate uncertainty, scout innovations, adjust to change, and participate in experiments while steadying the course.
• Implementor (Low – 1-3): You create abstract solutions, conceptualize problems, envision outcomes, deal with intangibles, and visualize results — while protecting the status quo and minimizing unnecessary risks.

You’ll have a knack for clarifying priorities, editing/communicating clearly, filling in blanks, anticipating needs, and stabilizing operations so the Visionary and Integrator can stay in their Unique Abilities.

3. Count-On Abilities™: What You’ll Deliver Every Day

We need someone who can reliably own the following as a trusted partner:

• Travel bookings & coordination to leadership preferences
• Scheduling meetings and managing/protecting Visionary + Integrator calendars
• Expense management and reporting
• Setting agendas, facilitating L10 meetings (so leaders can be fully present), taking minutes, and assigning action items
• Managing/prioritizing emails & communications; preparing briefing notes
• Coordinating company events, customer/partner visits, and key projects/deadlines
• Tracking deliverables, anticipating conflicts/opportunities, and bringing solutions forward
• Acting as an ear for the company, filtering important info to leadership
• Supporting HR matters, presentations, reports, and more

Key Measurables:

• Keep the Visionary and Integrator freed up in their Unique Abilities
• Serve as a reliable personal assistant
• Be physically located at head office
• Deliver consistent, proactive support across the business

Strong Planner + Simplifier + Proactive are essential. You anticipate needs, clarify priorities, and bring order out of chaos without needing every detail handed to you.

Salary range: 70-85k annually
