Your Role:
- Assist with print, copy, and document production requests.
- Process instructions accurately for printing.
- Operate digital printers, copiers, laminators, binding machines, cutters, and other print shop equipment.
- Monitor print quality ensure finished products meet department and customer specifications.
- Perform finishing tasks such as binding, laminating, folding, trimming, and packaging.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and assignments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience in a print shop, copy centre, sign shop, or related environment
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
- Familiarity with large format printing and graphic production
