About us

Mabel Lake Golf & Airpark is a small business in ENDERBY, BC. Our goal is to Hire Seasonal Kitchen Staff to join our team this Season. While enjoying one of British Columbia's prime Golf & Travel Desinations.

Mabel Lake Golf & Airpark is currently recruiting for our up coming season and looking for a Cooks to join our team. 3-year minimum experience preferred. Our season is short May - October, with slow shoulder seasons and a crazy summer season as we are a resort destination.

Our restaurant is looking for a Line Cook, Prep Cook & Sous Chef to help support our busy kitchen. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a team, is reliable and has experience preparing high-quality food in a fast paced environment. Must have the ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency. Ability to self-motive and problem solve in a fast-paced setting, while having fun and working as a team. A successful candidate will have experience working in both upscale casual and fast casual environments and will be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support kitchen staff such as Chef, cooks, food runners and prep cooks and work as a team.
  • Prepare food according to recipes and customers' needs.
  • Work with team members to ensure that each dish is correctly prepared, cooked and garnished. –Manage food costs.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Oversee workers responsible for cleaning kitchen, dish pits etc.
  • Ensure that the kitchen is clean at all times. –Manage food storage.
