Full job description

***Staff housing provided. Must have prior experience in a full-service restaurant.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and cook menu items, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Track supplies and notify management of shortages
  • Collaborate with other staff
  • Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience preparing food in a full-service restaurant
  • Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and meal preparation techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay:

  • $22-$23 per hour, based on experience
