Staff Notary Public (2 Positions)

ZANCOPE Notary Public – Langley, BC

As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for two commissioned Notaries Public to join our team. While both roles involve meeting with clients and conducting signing appointments, they are designed for two different career paths.

Position 1 – Client-Focused Staff Notary

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients and wants to focus on delivering an exceptional signing experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with clients to review and explain legal documents.
  • Conducting real estate signing appointments.
  • Reviewing conveyancing files before signing.
  • Ensuring clients fully understand the documents they are signing.
  • Delivering outstanding client service from beginning to end.

Position 2 – Growth & Leadership Notary

This role includes all of the client-facing responsibilities above but is designed for someone who enjoys building, improving, and growing a practice.

In addition to conducting signing appointments, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with our conveyancing and legal support teams.
  • Help improve systems and office processes.
  • Build relationships with referral partners.
  • Contribute ideas that support the continued growth of the practice.
  • Play an active role in the future direction of the firm.

This position includes performance-based incentives in addition to a competitive salary and offers significant long-term growth potential.
