Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamicenced Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top-tier candidates across various departments to meet organizational growth objectives.

Duties

  • Update Job Descriptions and Job Postings
  • Conduct Job Evaluations to identify key education and skill and work experience requirements
  • Conduct screening interviews, assess candidate skills and cultural fit,
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, providing a positive experience that reflects the company's values.res
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, generate reports on hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Create Candidate offers
  • Conduct onboarding for new hires
  • Facilitate workstation set up and issuing assigned equipment
  • Oversee contracts with recruiters

Experience

  • Recruitment and HR experience
  • Strong understanding of human resources practices including employee relations, HR sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies
