This role supports product development, execution, and commercialization of Account Protection solutions powered by network-scale identity data, risk signals, and intelligence.
The Manager partners closely with product leaders and cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, privacy, commercialization, and legal—to support product development, define requirements, and help ensure products are market ready. Through customer insights, analysis, and execution support, this role helps deliver Account Protection solutions that improve security outcomes, mitigate fraud risk, and support commercial objectives aligned with Mastercard Identity’s strategy.
The Role
- Support the execution of Account Protection products across the account lifecycle
- Contribute to product roadmap development, prioritization, and business case inputs

- Support the product lifecycle, including discovery, definition, build, launch, and iteration
- Define and document product requirements and data needs in partnership with Engineering and Data Science
- Engage with customers (issuers, fintechs, platforms) to gather feedback and validate product features
- Translate customer fraud challenges (e.g., ATO, AI-driven fraud, recovery gaps) into product requirements and enhancements
- Support go-to-market efforts, including product positioning, sales enablement, and customer discussions
- Contribute to defining data inputs and signals supporting account-level intelligence (identity, device, behavioral, network)
- Support innovation efforts to enhance fraud detection and account security capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Assist in pricing, packaging, and monetization analysis
All About You

- Experience contributing to product lifecycle activities and supporting delivery of measurable outcomes
- Foundational understanding of account lifecycle risk (onboarding through monitoring and recovery)
- Familiarity with fraud vectors such as account takeover, synthetic identity, and mule networks
- Exposure to data-driven or API-based products
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Working knowledge of identity, digital payments, and security landscape is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
