Are you passionate about the newest cutting-edge technology in AI, VR, and the next generation of smart glasses? Looking for weekend work? Want to share your passion with others in a fast-paced retail environment? If so, this part-time Brand Ambassador (Tech) role at your nearby retailer would be perfect for you!

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with customers to recommend the perfect products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking information on products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and successful shopping experience.

Job Description

  • Become an Expert: Get introduced to AR and VR product portfolio, accessories, and virtual reality.
  • Engage Customers and Demonstrate: Demo the latest products, showing customers how to integrate products into their lifestyle. Show customers how products can improve their fitness, gaming, and entertainment.
  • Build Trust and Drive Sales: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and confidently recommend products and accessories to meet their needs.
  • Be a Brand Champion: Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, fostering positive relationships with customers and retail employees, as a representative of Influence Marketing.
  • Hit Your Goals: Meet or exceed your monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
  • Maintain a Stellar Product Presence: Ensure displays are clean and functional, showcasing the latest devices attractively, with current signage and promotions displayed.
  • Be a Team Player: Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Deliver Accuracy and Efficiency: Accurately document and report customer engagements, feedback, sales, and submit your daily activities electronically on your mobile device.
  • Consistent Weekend Visits: Schedule is primarily Saturday and Sunday shifts. Shifts are 6 hours in length.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
  • An interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
  • Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and three one-time weekday shifts required.
  • Own a smartphone.
  • Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pickup, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).
  • Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

Schedule: Thursday to Sunday required,30 hours/week
