Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Your primary goal will be to foster strong relationships, understand client needs, and help maximize their value from our services and products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your communication, and sales skills will directly impact customer retention and growth.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST – AFTERHOURS/PART-TIME/SHIFTS

Core Responsibilities

  • Inbound and Outbound Communication: Answer phone calls, live chats, and emails from clients needing help after regular business hours. Call customers to reminder of appointments or enquire on service experience.
  • Sales focus – ensure all calls result in closing of a service booking or product sale
  • Coordination: Manage urgent service requests, schedule services or align cross-department schedules when operational disruptions occur.
  • Documentation: Log customer interactions and track using CRM software
  • Issue Triage & Resolution: Solve basic product, account problems, or escalate urgent needs to management.
  • As required provide virtual lice removal consultations

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years sales experience with proven results closing front end sales
  • Experience: 1+ years in customer service, call centers, or a client-facing support role.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work overnight, evening, weekend, or rotating on-call shifts.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, calm demeanor under pressure, and independent problem-solving skills. Empathetic, enthusiastic
  • Excellent computer skills, preferred experience with CRM operations but training is offered
  • Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
  • The individual filling this role will also be required to obtain technical lice removal certification (in-house training provided) to properly provide client advice and answer questions.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Barrie, ON
