Summary
Join a dynamic team where every day brings new challenges! We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator who enjoys a mix of tasks — from operating a Crown Electric Motor Counterbalanced Stand-Up forklift to picking orders and keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with the Dispatcher or Warehouse Manager
  • Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently
  • Verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, or waybills
  • Replenish stock locations to support order fulfillment
  • Keep the warehouse organized and spotless — you’ll take pride in your space!
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections to keep everything in top shape
  • Support receiving, picking, loading, and dispatch activities as needed
  • Take part in various warehouse tasks — because here, everyone’s hands-on!

Education, Experience & Skills

  • High School Diploma
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar warehouse environment
  • Certified forklift operator – experienced with Crown Electric Motor Counterbalanced Stand-Up models
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and using manual or electric jiggers
  • Team player with a great attitude — organized, dependable, and ready to help wherever needed
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative
