• Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk - Production to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a smooth and professional experience at our reception area. Your energetic approach and excellent organizational skills will help maintain efficient office operations, manage communications, and support various administrative functions. Responsibilities

• Answering and directing phone calls, taking roofing and metal inquiries
• Fielding calls/emails and routing messages to the appropriate team members or GM
• Reviewing and distributing daily emails in the general inbox
• Assist Project managers with scheduling, job tracking, and daily coordination of field crews
• Monitor project progress using Monday.com and flag delays or resource needs
• Support procurement by preparing purchase orders and following up with vendors
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure job sites are supplied on time
• Maintain accurate job records, work orders, and documentation in Sage 100
• Communicate between office and field staff to resolve issues quickly
• Assist with safety documentation, daily checklists, and compliance tracking
• Asking questions and seeking help when needed
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software
• Experience in phone handling, message relaying, and client requests
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret estimates, work orders, and job schedules is an asset
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and filing
• Flexibility and adaptability to a varied, changing workload
• Integrity, assertiveness, and ability to work independently
• Construction or roofing industry background is an asset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
