Full job description

We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Digital practice, working with clients to design and deliver modern, scalable digital solutions.

About the role
You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — advising clients on digital architecture while staying hands-on across the full technology stack. You'll shape solutions from concept through delivery, balancing technical rigor with commercial and business context.

What you'll do

  • Design and architect end-to-end digital solutions, from front-end experiences to back-end systems and integrations
  • Advise clients on technology strategy, platform selection, and architectural best practice
  • Lead or contribute to fullstack development across modern frameworks and cloud platforms
  • Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs
  • Drive AI Driven DevOps in the Canada Region
  • Work closely with client stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the practice

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a consultant or senior engineer in fullstack development (front-end and back-end)
  • Strong background in digital architecture — cloud, APIs, microservices, integration patterns
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Client-facing experience, ideally within a consulting environment
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Why join us
Be part of a team shaping how our clients build and scale their digital capabilities — with variety, autonomy, and real influence over technical direction.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
