Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible, but not limited to, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, Managing our E-Commerce site, processing orders, some marketing and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and or customer service, organized and a passion for team work, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in English. SEO and Bilingualism (French) would be an asset.

Duties

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Regular website maintenance (Training will be provided)
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Skills

  • Proven experience in inside sales / customer service, marketing experience.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French is a Bonus.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) , Good computer literacy.
  • Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and convey them effectively to clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • SEO experience will be an asset.
