Full job description

En tant que réceptionniste d'hôtel au Comfort Inn de Lévis, vous serez le premier point de contact des clients. Vous assurerez un accueil chaleureux, professionnel et efficace tout en offrant un service exceptionnel à tous les visiteurs. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’expérience client, de l’arrivée au départ, en veillant à ce que leur séjour soit le plus agréable possible.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Accueillir les clients à leur arrivée avec courtoisie et professionnalisme
  • Procéder aux enregistrements (check-in) et départs (check-out)
  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, courriels et demandes d'information
  • Gérer les réservations, modifications et annulations
  • Fournir des renseignements sur l’hôtel, sur nos services offerts ainsi que sur les attractions locales
  • Effectuer des transactions de paiements et balancer les débits/crédits
  • Effectuer les suivis concernant la facturation directe des compagnies
  • Résoudre les plaintes ou problèmes des clients de façon proactive et professionnelle

Exigences et compétences recherchées :

  • Expérience en réception (hôtellerie un atout)
  • Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit et anglais fonctionnel requis
  • Bonnes compétences informatiques
  • Capacité d’apprentissage rapide
  • Excellente capacité de communication et entregent
  • Sens de l’organisation et souci du détail
  • Capacité à gérer le stress et à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément
  • Ponctualité, fiabilité, autonomie et débrouillardise

Conditions de travail :

  • Horaire : fin de semaine et soir (selon disponibilité)
  • Poste permanent à temps partiel
