Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Site Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our custom home projects in Canada. Based in Sault Ste Marie to Sudbury area , this role is vital in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project tracking.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards.
  • Lead and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction management or related field.
  • Strong proficiency with ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other construction management software.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with a track record of leading construction teams.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
  • Strong budgeting and project estimation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
